Some people like to be supported and encouraged to boost themselves. Being verbally accompanied enhances excitement, letting go and, ultimately, the feeling of well-being. It also allows you to step out of intimacy to confront others, compare yourself and express yourself. All of this builds self-confidence and promotes sharing pleasant moments with an audience. The coach also ensures fair sharing between each participant. Everyone has the opportunity to experience their moment in the spotlight.
Each session is conducted via video, in a structured and caring environment. You can be alone or in a small group, and each meeting is designed for a good time, without judgment or imposed model.
Individual sessions are of course private, 1:1. Group sessions consist of 5 to 12 participants maximum for Strip Game sessions, and up to 50 people for collective coaching sessions.
There is no typical profile. Coached people come from all over the world, of all ages from 21, and all body types.
Yes, you can remain completely anonymous if you wish, or choose to show your face. You decide, according to your comfort and needs. The point of these sessions is precisely to promote letting go. If anonymity helps you achieve this, it is of course entirely possible.
